1. General Terms

• Dolphin House Beach Resort operates as a private property in Nagaon Beach, Alibaug, Maharashtra.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the management.
• Guests are required to follow all resort rules and maintain decorum within the premises.

2. Booking & Payments

• Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment (minimum 50%).
• Balance amount must be paid in full at the time of check-in.
• Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or cash at the property.
• Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Check-in / Check-out Policy

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM onwards
• Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
• Late check-out requests will be accommodated subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation made 7 days before arrival – 75% refund.
• Within 3–6 days – 50% refund.
• Less than 3 days or no-show – no refund.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after written cancellation request.

5. Guest Conduct

• Guests must carry valid government ID proof for verification at check-in.
• Unregistered visitors are not allowed in guest rooms without prior approval.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside rooms are strictly prohibited.
• Any damage to property will be charged to the guest before check-out.

6. Resort Liability

• The resort is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
• All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
• Management reserves the right to deny accommodation or services to guests violating resort rules.

7. Website & Content Usage

• All photos and content on this website are property of Dolphin House Beach Resort.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
• External links, if any, are provided for information only; the resort is not responsible for their content.
