Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation Policy

• All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
• Guests can make reservations directly through our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
• Rates may vary on weekends, holidays, and during festive seasons.
• Room allocation is subject to availability at the time of check-in.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

• Advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
• Balance payment should be made during check-in at the resort.
• We accept payments via UPI, Google Pay, or bank transfer.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in are eligible for a full refund of the advance.
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the advance amount.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or “no-shows” are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.

5. Modification Policy

• Booking dates may be changed once (subject to room availability) if requested at least 5 days before check-in.
• Rate differences may apply depending on the new dates.

6. Child Policy

• Children below 5 years stay complimentary without extra bed.
• Extra person (above 5 years) charges apply as per the room rate (₹700 per person per night).

7. Pets & Smoking Policy

• Pets are not allowed within the resort premises.
• Smoking is prohibited inside rooms; designated smoking areas are available outside.

8. Force Majeure

Dolphin House Beach Resort will not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
